I don't need to tell you how many questions you will need to tick/check before you recognise whether you're an emotional eater or not.

The answer is clear. 

 

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you eat emotionally, at least some of the time. And it's normal to eat more or less than normal during emotional times.

But if you find that food is consuming you rather than you merely consuming it, then it might be time to get some help and support.

Dieting is most definitely NOT the answer!
